HU, short for human, is based on the exponential potential of technology and its’ effects on the future human body. Looking closely at emerging (AI/AR) tech, social media trends, and the fast paced growth of automation industries, one might begin to foresee consequences in the early deceptive phase. Furthermore the idea that humans are already* psychologically becoming cyborgs, highly digitizing the mind, and losing touch with body - what are these future mind/body disorders and how will they be treated?

150 years in the future, where (hu)mans are prone to Bionic Eye Disorder - where due to neuron-lens’, one lives in the mind as the body is forgotten. Brianna sits in the autonomous doctors room, where AI robots are automated to reactivate the human body for the mere fact that they still need healthy biological bodies to function and live longer.

Performance: The AI’s look to shock the body by triggering significant memories (body and mind) in a seamless act performed by robot arms. The physical performance is based on the methods of treating people with body disorder or paralysis. The power of memory/emotion is bound to overcome and activate a reaction.
