Development is a big waiting game, yet there is so much more we can do with these buildings as they await there transformation. In this case a jewelry mart being converted into creative offices. We looked to create some sort of spatial texture that was inspired by the jewelry district, yet our goal was to use the power of jewels texture to bring eye traffic to the upcoming development.
